Titus Nelson: Writer, professional engineer, and research analyst has authored and supervised several publications including Brahe Church: The Count’s Treasury, a color photo history of the ancient 1635 Brahe Church on Visingsö Island in Southern Sweden. The book is written in both English and Swedish.
Extensive research over eight years lead to Nelson’s new book, Las Vegas Insider’s Guide, an in-depth tourist guide to everything you need to know to save money, keep safe, get around and survive in Las Vegas. The book includes over 650 web-links and phone apps for quick and easy connections.
He is currently writing a book about underground nuclear testing in the Aleutian Islands. In the early 1970s he was part of a team that mined a huge 6,000-foot deep chamber and detonated a massive nuclear warhead – one of the most dangerous and controversial nuclear tests ever conducted.
Titus Nelson has a degree from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California, where he retains the title of Registered Professional Engineer. He is retired from professional engineering in Alaska, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, and British Columbia, Canada. Titus lives with his wife near Las Vegas, Nevada.
